Add function to SKIP for Recurring Emails#154

One thing I liked about Boomerang is the option to Skip the next scheduled email for Recurring Emails. I could skip several weeks’ worth of emails in fact, if necessary. This functionality proved very handy, but it is missing from RightInbox. Please add this in.
